73 down, 27 to go
This is the 73rd day in a row I’ve sent you an email, and I’ve decided I’m stopping at 100.
I won’t stop emailing entirely, but I’m going to back off of doing it daily.
I started this because I wanted to make something happen. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to happen, but I needed something to change.
Something has happened. Several things, in fact.
I rediscovered my love for coaching and consulting.
I realized I wanted to work with groups again.
I attracted a client who has some major projects in the works and asked me to move back to California to help her work on them.
The daily emails have served their purpose for me.
I hope they have also had some impact on you.
But I’ve realized that for a couple of reasons, it doesn’t make sense to maintain this pace.
My work with individual clients is taking up much more of my time.
And I’m working on getting the Unusually Focused Private Client Group started.
Writing these daily emails is therefore increasingly taking focus and attention from other important work.
I’ve also realized that going forward, I will be able to serve you better by spending more time and energy on each email I write.
Once I get to 100, I’m going to switch the cadence to two or three times a week.
Friday, June 28th is that day.
The following Monday, July 1st, will be Day 1 of the Unusually Focused Private Client Group.
It’s almost like I planned it. 😉
